大曲率碾压混凝土双曲拱坝连续翻升模板的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 结合具有曲率大、倒悬度大及高度高等特点的招徕河双曲拱坝模板规划设计这一工程实例,研制出一套适用于大曲率碾压混凝土双曲拱坝施工连续上升的模板体系。该模板体系在工程应用中取得了巨大成功,采用该模板体系的招徕河双曲拱坝最高月浇筑上升高度为27.3 m,创国内碾压混凝土坝坝工界上升速度新纪录。阐述了该模板体系研制的基本思路和过程,对研制成功的产品原理和功能进行了简要介绍,并简述了这一模板体系的应用效果。 With the example of Zhaolaihe double-curvature arch dam framework design with characteristics of big curvature, big overhanging angle and big height, this paper describes the continuous climbing formwork system applicable to the construction and continuous rising of big double-curvature RCC darn. The application of this formwork system in construction project is of a great achievement and success, and the maximum monthly construction speed in Zhaolaihe RCC Dam Project using this formwork system ever reaches 27. 3 meter, which creates a new record in the construction speed of RCC dam in China. This paper describes the basic methodology and the procedure of the research and manufacture of the formwork, gives a brief introduction to the principle and application of the production, and briefs the application result of the formwork system.
