摘要
以空心传动轴的体积最小为目标函数,以传动轴为设计变量,建立数学模型。结合具体的煤液钻空心传动轴实例,应用MATLAB优化工具箱对其主参数进行运算,使得在满足约束条件下轴的体积最小,优化后的传动轴在实际生产中已经应用。
Introduces the optimum design based on MATLAB optimization box of the hollow roaring shaft which mainly used in coal mine machine. Take into account all the restrictions including torsion stability and other mechanical parameters such as inside diameter, external diameter and length of the shaft. To achieve best destination, a mathematic model is established. Mtalab optimum box is applied to solve the problem. The optimum designed shaft has many advantages than initial design. Its less cost and sparing material make it more economical.
