摘要
在分析了信息人才自身特征和职业特征的基础上,探讨了信息人才绩效评价的意义、影响绩效评价的因素及其评价的特殊性,提出了信息人才绩效评价过程中应该遵循的原则和几种可行的方法。
This text is on the basis of analysing the talent's one's own characteristic of information and job characteristic, the factor probed into the meaning in which the information talent's performance appraises, influence performance and appraised and particularity appraised, appraise the principle that the course should be followed and several kinds of feasible methods after putting forward the information talent's performance.
