摘要
研究了团队能力、组织信任与团队绩效的关系,以企业内部的团队为研究对象,运用实证研究方法,引入和团队绩效有密切关系的组织信任作为中介变量,建立团队能力、组织信任与团队绩效的关系模型并进行分析。分析结果揭示了不同维度的团队能力会通过组织信任对团队绩效产生作用,并为改进团队绩效给出建议。
The paper study on the relationship between team competence ,organizational trust and team performance. Choose internal-team of enterprise as object, use empirical methods, and by importing organizational trust, which closely relates with team performance, the paper create an relationship model between these three variables. Analyze results shown that through organizational trust, different level of team competence can affect team performances differently. Then some suggests on improving team performance are also given.
