通过对锦佳广场深基坑围护结构的设计和相邻四幢三层混合结构的加固实践，探讨了采用劈裂注浆工艺进行软土基础沉降控制的施工技术。
] Based on the practice of designing the enclosure for deep foundation at Jinjia Square and strengthening the adjecent four 3 - storeyed mixed structures , a new construction technology for controlling the settlement of foundation in soft soil with apply- ing the splitting grouting technology is studied.
