基于PCP技术的压流可调高效自动化注水泵站系统

摘要 针对当前油田注水耗电占原油生产总成本的比例大,严重制约油田的采收率、生产成本和生产效率这一问题,在吸收、消化引进国外泵站技术的基础上,经过几年的努力研究,结合国内泵站运行和注水管网的实际状况,采用先进的PCP技术原理,开发了一台完整的PCP技术系统。 The consume of electric power for water injection takes a great proportion in the total consume for oil production, and the ratio of oil extraction and the cost and the efficiency for oil production are restricted unfavorably, which is a problem. On the basis of understanding the introduced water injection station, considering the local statues of the pump station and the characters of water injection grid, a new system with advanced control method called Pump-Control-Pump is developed and applied steadily.
