摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步发展和完善,高校教师现行薪酬制度存在的各种矛盾和问题逐步显现出来。要调动高等学校教师的积极性与创造性,实现学校的发展战略与发展目标,我们可从改革高校薪酬管理体制、改善高校教师薪酬结构和健全高校教师福利制度等多个方面采取措施,完善高校教师薪酬制度。
With the improvement of socialist market economy system in China, the problems and conflicts in salary system in institutions of higher learning gradually come up. In Order to promote teachers' enthusiasm and creativity and realize development strategy and objective in universities and colleges, we should take the following measures to improve salary system: reforming salary management system, improving salary structure, perfecting welfare system for teachers in universities.
