从情商概念、情商与护理工作的关系探讨了情商在护理工作中的作用。加强护士情商的培养,注重情绪的调控,可有效地提高护理工作质量。
Approaching the significance of emotional quotient in nursing action from the conception of emotional quotient and relationship between emotional quotient and nursing care. It may enhance nursing quality effectively that fostering of emotional quotient of nurses and emotional control is strengthened.
