摘要
目的:检测刺五加皂苷(ASS)对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA表达的影响。方法:以人肝癌细胞株(HepG2)为研究对象,采用RT-PCR法测定刺五加皂苷(ASS)对VEGFmRNA表达的影响。结果:刺五加皂苷(ASS)250、500μg/mL作用于HepG2细胞株,VEGFmRNA表达量下降(P<0.01)。结论:一定剂量刺五加皂苷(ASS)抑制HepG2细胞株的VEGFmRNA表达量,提示刺五加皂苷(ASS)可以抑制VEGF介导的肿瘤血管新生途径,进而抑制肿瘤的生长与转移。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus spaponin （ASS） on the mRNA expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in human Hep G2, in order to study the mechanism of ASS on anti - anglogenesis. Methods ： Hep G2 were incubated with ASS, the expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by RT - PCR assay. Results： ASS（ 250,500μg/mL） decreased the expression of VEGF mRNA （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： ASS might inhibit angiogenesis by decreasing VEGF mRNA.
