摘要
目的:探讨重庆市公务员健康状况。方法:根据WHO标准分年龄组,对健康体检指标中的体重指数、血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸、乙肝三对、腹部B超等进行统计分析,比较不同性别和年龄组之间的差异。结果:13380例参检公务员中检出的前3位为高甘油三脂、体重超标及肥胖和高血压,检出率分别为35.76%、33.54%、28.71%;男性公务员代谢综合征、高血压、高尿酸血症、乙肝病毒携带明显高于女性(P<0.05);高血压、糖代谢紊乱随着年龄的增长逐渐的增加,中年组血脂异常、脂肪肝、乙肝病毒携带明显高于青年组和老年组;发现恶性肿瘤6例,乙肝17例,丙肝1例,肝硬化6例,肺结核5例。结论:代谢综合征、高血压、高尿酸血症在重庆市公务员体检中发生率较高,其中中年组人群健康状况不佳尤为突出。应强调公务员定期体检,通过控制体重、血压、脂代谢异常、及早期发现和治疗肿瘤等相关因素的干预改善公务员队伍的健康状况。
Objectives:To investigate the health state of civil servants in Chongqing. Methods:Divide the objects into three age-groups according to the WHO standard and analysis the healthy index including BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar,blood uric acid,antigens and antibodies of hepatitis B virus,abdomen B-ultrasound and so on, then to compare the state of health index in different age and gender. Result:High triglyeeride,over weight and obesity,hypertension were the front third diseases which detected from the 13,380 health examination officers,the detection rate was 35.76%,33.54%,28.71%;Compare men with women, metabolic syndrome,hypertension,hyperuricemia,HBV carry rat in men were higher than in women(P〈0.05); The incidence of high blood pressure,glucose metabolism abnormality increased with the age. Compare with the young and the elder group, the incidence of abnormal blood lipid, fatty liver,HBV carry was higher in the middle-aged group. Malignant tumor was found in 6 cases. Conclusion:The incidence rate of metabolic syndrome,hypertension,hyperuricemia in examination Chongqing civil servants were higher than the other disease and the health state of middle age group was particular poor. Enhancing periodic physical examination for civil servants and controlling the influencing factors for example obesity, hypertension and lipid metabolic abnormality,prevent tumor through early detection and treatment are the best way to improve the health state of the civil service.
