摘要
为制备重要的化合物2-甲基6-酰基萘,提高酰化产物的收率和纯度,以2-甲基萘为原料,分别研究了乙酸酐和丙酰氯为酰化剂时的酰化反应,对酰化反应的产物进行了GC、FT-IR和GC-MS表征;对酰化反应的影响因素进行了研究.结果表明,酰化反应的较佳条件为:丙酰氯为酰化剂,反应温度20℃,反应时间5 h,2-甲基萘、丙酰氯、三氯化铝的摩尔比为1∶1.4∶1.7,在此条件下酰化反应的收率可达92%,产物的纯度为90%.
2-methyl 6-acylnaphthalene from 2-methylnaphthalene was synthesized via acylation using acetic anhydride and propionyl chloride as the acylating agents with catalyst aluminum trichloride in homogeneous liquid phase system. The structure and the purity of the product was characterized by GC, FT-IR and GC-MS. The main factors of acylation were discussed with acetic anhydride and propionyl chloride as the acylating agents. The propionyl chloride was found to be the appropriate acylating agent. Results show that the acylation is better conducted at 20 for 5 h with n(2-MN) : n(propionyl chloride) : n(AlCl3) = 1 : 1.4 : 1.7 molar ratio. The molar yield of the 2,6-MPN under the conditions mentioned above can reach up to 92 % with purity of 90 % by GC.
