我院648例药物不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 648 ADR Cases in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2005年1月至2007年6月收集到的648例ADR,进行统计分析。结果:648例ADR中,主要与抗微生物药使用、中药注射剂的质量、静脉给药方式、合并用药及患者年龄偏大有关;ADR最常见表现为皮肤及其附件损害,其次为神经系统、消化系统损害等。结论:应合理使用抗微生物药,加强对中药注射剂的质量监督,以减少ADR的发生。

Objective： To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in our hospital and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Method： Six hundreds and forty-eight ADR cases were collected during January 2005 - June 2007 in our hospital were analyzed. Result.. Among the 648 cases of ADR, the reasons were found to be related the use of anti-microbiological drugs, the quality of injection of traditional chinese medicine, the ways of intravenous administration, combined use of drugs, elderly patients; ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion, then nervous system, gastro-intestinal damage and etc. Conclusion： Rational use of antibacterials and the good quality of the traditional chinese medicine injections should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR.
