摘要 一、中国啤酒大麦的基本现状 大麦作为一种古老的衣作物,在我国的种植业中曾占有重要地位,但随着食物结构和饲料中能量原料作物的改变,我国的大麦面积从上世纪三十年代的1亿亩减至五十年代的5千万亩,又减至八十年代初的3千万亩,近几年约为2200至2300万亩。随着今后啤酒大麦生产的发展和裸大麦深加工的开发,估计大麦总面积还有回升的空间。表1为2006年中国大麦分类分省的收获面积,可以代表目前我国大麦按三大类用途分类的面积及分布。 Chinese spring barley is mainly produced in Inner Mongolia,Guansu, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, etc. Winter barley areas includeJiangsu, Yunnan, Hubei and some other regions. Because the demand keeps increasing and the price ofmalting barley stays at a high level in global market, theplanting area and yield of Chinese malting barley is predictedto increase substantially. The demand of malting barley inChina from 2005 to 2015 is demonstrated in Table 1. In comparison with the competitors in global market, we areweak in cultural technology and research, as well as technologyservice. In fact, it is the model of small hold farms that contradictsto malting barley market and quality requirements. However, the industrial farm in Inner Mongolia has emergedas a promising new producing region. In 2007, the area ofmalting barley reached 190,000 ha. But because of seriousdrought, the total yield was only around 350,000 tons. The barley farms in Inner Mongolia have obvious advan-tages in many aspects. Firstly, mass production benefits thescientific crop breeding and advanced cultural technologypromotion, which is important to quality improvement.Secondly, mechanization also could trim the cost and enhancethe quality. Thirdly, industrial management benefits to exertthe advantages of leading enterprises and control the adverseinfluence of information dissymmetry.
