摘要
本研究运用资料搜集、访谈和问卷等方法,对北京师范大学、华东师范大学、南京师范大学和浙江师范大学四所师范院校的312名学前教育专业本科生进行了调查,从课程、教师与教学、专业发展前景与就业三个维度对其专业认同情况作了对比研究。结果发现,由于各所学校的培养方向、教学传统、师资构成等方面的不同,学生对本专业的认同存在显著差异。为增强学生的专业认同感,应采取"先通识后专化"的课程设置模式,同时重视学生质量的培养、专业氛围的营造及社会宣传与支持。
This investigation tends to analyze the professional identity of 312 undergraduate students major in preschool education from Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Nanjing Normal University and Zhejiang Normal University by data collections, interviews and questionnaires. This paper tries to analyze from the angle of curricula, teachers and teaching, the future of professional development and employment, and reveal the distinct differences among these students because of the differences in training directions, teaching tradition and the structure of teacher qualification of different universities. With the analysis and discussion, this paper brings forward reasonable suggestions as follows.
