摘要
采用熵值法对陕西省1995—2004年的可持续发展能力进行了动态研究。结果表明:(1)陕西省可持续发展综合能力指数呈持续上升趋势,从1995年的0.067 6上升到2004年的0.137 4,说明陕西省可持续发展综合能力是可持续的。(2)各子系统间的可持续发展速率差异十分明显,区域发展水平、发展效率和发展潜力呈正向发展,并且区域发展水平增速最快;区域均衡度和开放度2个指标改善不大,并表现出不稳定性;区域发展协调度和调控度2个指标呈负向发展。为了推动陕西省全面发展,针对现有发展模式存在的问题,提出相应建议。
The sustainable development capacity of Shaanxi Province from 1995 to 2004 was analyzed by the measures of the entropy method. The conclusions was as follows : (1) The sustainable development capacity index was increased gradually from 0. 0676 in 1996 to 0. 1374 in 2004 , which showed the development model of Shaanxi is sustainable. (2) Indexes of development level, development efficiency and development potential were increased ; Indexes of equilibration degree and openness degree were not improved ; And indexes of correspond degree and regulation degree were decreased. So differences among rates of all the seven sub-system' s sustainable development were obvious. According to the problem in the present sustainable development model, some suggestions for Shaanxi are proposed in order to improve all-round development.
