摘要
本文通过对矿山荒料切石机的电气控制系统进行了调研.提出了基于PLC与HMI的控制系统及技术实现。对矿山荒料切石机进行了高效控制,并在莆田华隆机械有限公司生产的出口机器上进行了试验,证明了该系统的可行性和安全性,现已投入使用。
After studying the electric control system of Quarry Cutter Machine, we bring up a system based on PLC and HMI control and realize it in technology. It controls the machine with a high accuracy. And we make a test in the company of Hua Long Stone Machine, which proves the feasibility and security of the system. Now this kind of machine is produced in the company.
