摘要 研究了MoO3/DMMP/APP三元复合体系对聚氯乙烯材料的抑烟、阻燃性能的影响.结果表明,复合材料的最佳配方为m(PVC)∶m(MoO3)∶m(DMMP)∶m(APP)=100∶3∶6∶8,此时材料的最大烟密度由100降低到74.36,烟密度等级由91.02降低到52.02,氧指数由45%提高到60%,拉伸强度为50.5 MPa,力学性能和阻燃性能均达到最大值.与纯PVC材料相比,复合材料的储能模量有较大程度的提高,而玻璃化转变温度则降低了1.34℃,失重温度范围变窄,最大失重温度降低了12℃,失重速率明显降低. The influence of MoO3/APP/DMMP component on flame retardance and smoke suppression were studied. The results showed that best formulation of composite materials were rn ( PVC ) : m ( MoO3 ) : m(DMMP): m(APP) = 100: 3: 6: 8. The most smoke density decreased from 100 to 74.36, the smoke density rank decreased from 91.02 to 52.02, the limited oxygen index increased from 45% to 60%. The tensile strength were 50.5 MPa. Analysis results showed that accumulation energy was increased, vitrification point has reduced by 1.34 ℃, the temperature range of mass loss for PVC composite was obviously narrower than that the sample without MoO3/DMMP/APp component, the temperature of maximum mass loss decreased nearly 12 ℃, but the rate of mass loss decreased clearly.
