介绍了超声波法测量应力的理论基础声弹性理论及其发展,超弹性假设和材料组织影响是声弹性理论的两个障碍;介绍了超声波法应力测量关键技术——声速精确测量技术的种类及发展;对国内外二维焊接残余应力和有限三维焊接残余应力测量实例进行了总结;总结超声波法测量应力的优点和局限性;预测超声法测量应力的发展方向。
The progress of acoustical elasticity theory is introduced.Progress in super-elasticity as sumption and metallurgical structure has been hampered hy two outstanding difficulties.The march of sonic velocity measurement technology is introduced.The ultrasonic stress measurement experiments are generalized.The merits and drawbacks of the method are summary.The development of the method is predicted.
