摘要
目的 建立凝胶色谱法测定头孢美唑钠的聚合物的方法。方法 色谱柱为葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex G-10(16mm×35cm),流动相A:0.02mg·mL^-1磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.O);流动相B:水。流速为1.0mL·min^-1。检测波长为254nm,进样量为200μl。结果 头孢美唑钠在5、O~60.0mg·mL^-1范围内,浓度与聚合物的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996)。结论 该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the polymers in Cefmetazole Sodium.METHOD The chromatographic column was Sephadex G-10 (16mm× 35cm), mobile phase A: 0,02 mg· mL^-1 phosphate buffer (pH7.0) ; mobile phase B: pure water; the flow rate was 1,0 mL· min-1, the detection wavelength was 254nm and the injection volume was 200μL. RESULT The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 5.0~60.0mg·mL^-1(r=0,9996).CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to determine the polymer in cefmetazole Sodium.
