摘要
用凝胶纺丝法制备了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,探讨了凝胶初生纤维在后续延伸过程中冷却成型温度、萃取时间、延伸速率和延伸温度对其延伸性能的影响。结果表明冷却成型温度为10℃,萃取时间为5min,延伸速率为20mm/min,延伸温度为95℃时,所制备的凝胶初生纤维的可延伸比达最大值。
The UHMWPE fiber was produced using the gel spinning process. The influences of the formation temperature, extraction time, drawing rate and drawing temperature on the drawing property of the original fiber have been discussed in this paper. The result suggested that the draw ratio of the original fiber can reach the maximum value when the formation temperature was 10℃, the drawing temperature was 95 ℃, the extraction time was 5 min, and the drawing rate was 20mm/min.
