摘要
研究同时考虑库存控制策略和物流网络优化设计问题的优化模型和算法。在考虑顾客的需求量都是随机且服从正态分布的前提下,结合最优库存控制策略,提出了一个能同时描述库存决策和物流网络设计决策的非线性混合整数规划的优化模型,并设计了相应的模拟退火算法进行该优化模型的求解。最后的算例表明,采用该优化方法运算快捷,所得结果正确合理,且与其他方法得到的结果相比,收敛速度更快,且最优解的总费用均有很大程度的节省,从而能为此类的物流网络设计问题提供科学的指导依据。
The facility location problem which considers simultaneously the facility location and inventory control is discussed in this paper. In the problem the demands of customers are stochastic. A non-linear mixed integer model for the facility location problem is presented,and the inventory management decision is simultaneously modeled with the facility location problem. A simulated annealing algorithm is developed for the model. Application denotes the optimization method operates rapidly and the result is rational, so it provides scientific guidance for the distribution network design problem.
