超声和手工器械龈下刮治治疗慢性牙周炎的研究进展

Research Progress of the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis with Ultrasonic and Hand Instuments

经过多年的实践证实龈下刮治是一种有效的牙周非手术治疗方法,早期的龈下刮治主要是用手工刮治器。随着龈下刮治理论的进展,用于龈下刮治的器械也不断改进,其中超声龈下刮治器已经广泛运用到临床中。本文就超声器械用于龈下刮治的优缺点做一综述。

After years of practice, it was confirmed that subgingival scaling was an effective non-surgical periodontal therapy. In early, subgingival scaling was practiced with manual scaling. With the development of the theory of subgingival scaling, the equipments for subgingival scaling has been improved, in which ultrasonic instrumentation device has been widely used in clinical. This paper will give a review for advantages and disadvantages about ultrasonic and hand instuments for subgingival scaling.
