摘要
通过对高校体育课程内容体系的研究,阐述并指出高校体育课程内容应以蕴涵科学性价值和人文性价值为宗旨;提出由休闲运动、竞技运动、健身运动和拓展运动所构建的,既具有各自优势功能作用又具有互补效应的课程内容体系;并对不同学习阶段的不同目标进行具体的内容设置。
Through the study about content system of college sports curriculum, the paper comes to a conclusion: College sports curriculum's contents must inherently contain scientific value and humanistic value;the curriculum's content system was composed of four kinds of exercises, which are leisure sports, competitive sports, body-building sports and extending sports. There are supply effects among the four exercises. The specific contents are constructed according to the curriculum' s objective.
