摘要
依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神实质,立足具体的教学实践,经过近10年的试验和探讨,总结出了个性和共性杂糅的"五.三"体育教学新模式,即"三结合"、"三自主"、"三互动"、"三自治"和"三开放"。新模式通过构建合理的体育课程结构体系、搭建多样化体育教育平台、创设全新教学内容、建立完善的复合评价体系,充分地体现了新的体育教育理念,它在课程目标、教育模式、教学组织管理等方面与传统课程模式相比均拥有突出的优点,使体育课贯穿大学整个过程。实施4年来收到了很好的效果,不仅全面地提升了教学质量,而且从根本上改变了学生喜欢体育而不喜欢体育课的现象,学生体质状况也得到了大幅度改观,实现大学体育与终身体育的衔接,彻底改变了高校体育课程结构类型单一、狭窄、封闭、缺乏灵活性与针对性的弊端。
According to the contents of "the Teaching Guidelines of the P. E. Courses for General Colleges and Universities in China" , after nearly ten years experiments and exploration,depending on a concrete teaching practice,the author has summed up the "five principles" of a new teaching mode in physical education which have blended both individuality and common characteristics and include "three combinations", "three self-determination","three interactions" ,"three self-governing" and "three opening-up". The new mode manifests a brand-new concept in physical education by constructing a reasonable structural system of P. E. curriculum, building a diversified P. E. platform, creating brand-new teaching contents,and establishing a perfected compound appraisal system. It has prominent merits in its curriculum goal,educational mode,teaching organization and management,etc, and enables the P. E. course present throughout the whole period of college education compared with the traditional curriculum mode. This pattern has gained very good results after four years' implementation. It has not only promoted the quality of teaching entirely,but also changed the situation that students like sports but dislike P. E. courses. As a result, students' physical conditions also has improved a lot, which means a realization of the connection between college sports and lifelong sports and a complete change of the past malpractice of college sports curriculum which is characterized by unitary,narrow and closed structure and type,wlthout any flexibility and pertinence.
