通过对北方某城市供气状况的分析,结合长输管道天然气价格调整的形势,探讨削峰填谷的终端用户结构优化的方法,研究油气两用装置的技术可行性,确定以发展油气两用燃烧装置、开发可中断天然气用户市场为调峰的有效手段,提出相应的营销和运营管理方案。

Combined with price adjustment of long distance pipeline natural gas, the method of op- timizing the end-user configuration for peak shaving and valley filling is discussed by analyzing the situation of gas supply in a northern city of China. The technical feasibility of oil/gas-fired equipment is studied, and the effective measures of using oil/gas combustion equipment and developing interruptible natural gas consumer market for peak-shaving are determined. The relevant marketing and operation manage-ment schemes are put forward.
