摘要
分析了飞机加载系统的原理,并在LabWindows/CVI环境中对CAN总线、数据采集卡等相关硬件进行配置。设计了数据信息采集与传输系统,使得各个功能模块之间可以进行信息交换以实现测试及安全保护等功能。进行了上下位机的软件设计,使系统具有良好的人机接口,在实际应用中此系统得到了良好的测量效果。
The principle about the load system of the aero is introduced. The hardwares such as the CAN, the data acquisition device etc on the base of the LabWindows/CVI are configurated. The design of the data acquisition and transmission system make the data to be transmitted among the functional modules in order to achieve the function——test safeguards and so on. The convenient manmachine interface is implemented via the design of super computer and subordinate computer＇ s software. The system has obtained the well testing effect in the practical application.
