摘要
研究了从柑桔皮渣中联合提取香精油和橙皮苷的工艺条件。通过正交实验确定了超声辅助提取橙皮苷的最优条件,并对提取得到的橙皮苷进行大孔树脂精制,用HPLC对其纯度进行了鉴定。
The technical process and conditions for consecutive extraction of essential oil and hesperidin from orange peel were studied. The suitable conditions by ultrasonic waves of hesperidin was identified by orthogonal tests. Purification of hesperidin by macroporous resin was studied and the product was also determined by HPLC.
