摘要
本文详细介绍了我们在Li2B4O7晶体增润下降法生长方面的研究进展,报道了φ3″、φ4″无芯区、无孪晶、无云层、无开裂和无散射的Li2B4O7晶体的生长条件与缺陷消除,包括高纯原料的制备与成型、缓慢的生长速率、微凸和平的固液界面形状和适当的自退火工序.同时还简要介绍了该晶体的基本性能,综述了近年来的研究进展以及该晶体在SAW器件方面的应用.
Research progress on Li2B4O7 crystals grown by inodihed Bridgman techimque (Fan's process)in our lab are intruduced in detail. The features of Li2B4O7 growth such as (1) the criticalrequirement of stoichiometric purity for raw material, (2) very low growth rate, (3) a convex orplane solid-liquid interface and (4) a suitable proccdure of self- anmeaimg are discussed. 3' and4' Li2B4O7 boules with core-free, twin-free, no striation, no crack and no scattering particlehave been grown stably by the BR technique. Properties of the crystal and its application in SAWdevices are also reviewed.
