摘要
本文采用热线风速仪对袋式除尘器内部空间的三维流场进行测试与分析,结果与袋式除尘器在实际运行中产生的现象吻合。本文的研究结果为优化袋式除尘器提供试验数据,达到提高除尘效率,减小运行阻力,延长滤袋使用寿命,降低袋式除尘器运行维护费用的目的。
The flow field distribution in bag filter is measured by stream line to get the status in order to optimize the bag filter and the result was consistent with the phenomenon. The data to optimize the bag filter was offered, which will be helpful to optimize the structure, improve the efficiency, decrease the resistance, protect the bag and reduce the run cost.
