摘要 介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的惯性敏感器自动测试系统的实现方法。系统可用于对多种敏感器进行测试,具有X-Y和V-T两种测试方式。系统除了能完成测试任务之外,还添加了仿真模块,可根据用户设定的敏感器指标模拟输出测试曲线,用于与实际测试情况进行比较。在数据处理与分析中建立了各种敏感器参数的解算模型,用户可根据实际测试需要进行动态选取。对测试需求进行了分析,提出了系统的总体方案与组成结构,对硬件配置作了说明,介绍了软件的模块化设计方案,列出了软件运行流程图,最后给出了测试实例。应用证明,该系统在功能、操作性、通用性及可靠性等方面达到了预期效果。 The realization of an inertial sensor automatic test system based on virtual instrument technology was introduced. The system can be used for the test of various sensors with two test modes(X-Y and V-T). Besides, a simulation module is added which can output simulative test curves in order to checkout actual test results. Various parameter computation models are built in data processing and analysis, and user can choose them as required. Test requirement was analyzed, and the overall program and structure of system are put forward. The hardware configuration was illustrated, the modularized design of software was introduced, and flow chart and test examples were presented. The application proves that the system achieved anticipated results in function, operation, versatility and reliability.
