摘要
在对我国保护城市工业遗产过程中遇到的问题作出分析的前提下,借鉴了生态因子的评价方法,建构城市工业遗产的价值评价方法,用以综合评价城市工业遗产,着重解决城市工业遗产的认定与分级,明确城市工业遗产的具体保护对象,最后提出了针对不同的保护级别,选择合理的保护途径与方法。
Based on the analysis of the city industrial heritage protection, this paper adopts the appraisal method of ecological factor to construct the value evaluation. The method can comprehensively value the city industrial heritage, emphatically solve the definition and classification of the city industrial heritage, and ascertain the exact objects of the city industrial heritage to be protected. In the end, the paper recommends the reasonable protec- tions of the city industrial heritage according to different levels of protection.
