摘要 为了更详细的分析客户需求信息,提出了面向产品全生命周期管理(PLM)系统的客户需求管理功能结构,研究了客户需求获取和市场需求分析理论.在客户需求获取方面,采用客户结构阶层(CAH)方法,在全生命周期范围内,进行产品性能需求信息的层次化分析;在市场需求分析方面,细分市场结构,应用BP神经网络的自适应和自组织原理,对需求信息进行智能化分类和识别,获取客户需求趋势和产品竞争趋势.结合某服装公司,应用Matlab工具箱进行具体实例研究.结果表明,应用CAH和BP相结合的方法,提供PLM企业准确、有效的需求结构分析信息,最终提高客户满意度. In order to analyze customer requirement information in detail, a management function structure of customer requirement facing product lifecycle management (PLM) system was proposed, and the theory for obtaining customer requirement and analyzing market requirement was studied. On the aspect of customer requirement acquisition, the customer architecture hierarchy (CAH) method was adopted to analyze the requirement information of product performance within the range of whole lifecycle; on the aspect of market requirement analysis, the requirement information was classed and identified intellectualized through segmenting the market structure and applying the principle of auto-organize and auto-adopting on BP neural networks. As the result, the requirement tendency and competence tendency were obtained. A case study of one costume company; by means of Matlab tool shows that CAH and BP two methods supply PLM enterprise the analyzed information on requirement structure effectively and enhance the customer satisfaction.
