基于WEB的中石油项目管理系统研发

Design and Development of China National Petroleum Scientific Research Project Management System Based on WEB

立足于Internet的项目管理特点,提出了建立基于WEB的多层次结构的中石油科研项目管理系统的设计思想和体系结构,阐述了系统主要功能模块划分和数据库设计,给出了数据访问、权限认证和子系统集成等关键技术的实现方法。

A new multilayer structure design idea based WEB is proposed in this paper to realize the China National Petroleum Scientific Research Project Management System, then main system function modules and database designing are discussed. Finally, database operation method , authority managed key technology and web service utilized to realize the system are also explained in detail.
