环境质量综合评价的径向基函数网络模型

A RBF Artificial Neural Network Model for the Comprehensive Environmental Quality Evaluation

建立了一个环境质量综合评价的径向基函数人工神经网络（ＲＢＦ－ＡＮＮ）模型，同时提出了一种简便、快速的ＲＢＦ－ＡＮＮ的最小二乘算法（ＲＢＦ－ＬＳ算法）。在城市环境质量综合评价的应用中表明，提出的ＲＢＦ－ＡＮＮ模型及其算法是合理、有效、通用的。

A model for the comprehensive environmental quality evaluation has been constructed through using a three layer forward radial basis function artificial neural network (RBF ANN),and a least squares estimation algorithm for RBF ANN, i.e. RBF LS algorithm, has also been developed. The resultsrelated to the environmental quality evaluation for a certain city show that the model and its algorithm are reasonable, effective and in common use.
