摘要
研究了油浴温度及拉伸倍数对聚乳酸纤维的断裂强度、伸长、模量、结晶度和晶区取向的影响,还研究了卷曲工艺对聚乳酸纤维卷曲性能的影响。结果表明:与提高卷曲板压力相比,适当提高卷曲温度对改善聚乳酸短纤维卷曲性能效果更好。
The effect of oil bath temperature and draw ratio on the mechanical properties and morphology of PLA fiber were studied. In addition, the influences of the crimping process on the crimping property of PLA fiber were also investigated. The results showed that the fiber with better crimping orooerties was manufactured via higher crimping temperature.
