摘要
襄樊市由于受住房的供求数量、结构、土地价格、选材成本上涨等因素的影响,商品房价格一路攀升,使普通民众望房兴叹。襄樊房价上涨是多种原因综合作用的结果,如任其发展,将会给城市带来诸多的不利影响。因此,制定平抑房价的应对策略,把襄樊商品房价格涨幅控制在一个合理的范围内,以满足广大群众的基本住房需求。
In Xiangfan there are many facoters contributing to the house price rise highly beyond the means of the ordanary public. These factors include ill- balanced demand and supply, structure, land price, material cost, etc. In order to get rid of the probabale negative influe on the city development as a result, the paper introduces some solutions to realizing the house price rise under the reasonable control to meet the need of the people.
