姬菇和鲍鱼菇生长期间8种胞外酶活性变化比较 被引量:8

摘要 以棉籽壳为培养料,采用瓶栽方法,测定了姬菇和鲍鱼菇生长期间8种胞外酶活性变化,结果表明:姬菇和鲍鱼菇均具有完整的胞外纤维素酶系;姬菇和鲍鱼菇的胞外CMC酶、FP酶和HC酶活性变化趋势大致相同,在子实体生长发育期均有酶活性高峰出现;姬菇和鲍鱼菇的胞外漆酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性变化趋势不同;姬菇的胞外漆酶与过氧化物酶在菌丝生长期活性较高,鲍鱼菇的胞外淀粉酶和果胶酶在原基期有高峰出现. Activity variations of eight extracellular enzymes are determined in different growth periods of Pleurotus cornucopiae and Pleurotus abalonus cultivated on cotton seed hull compost in bottle. The results show that both of the fungus have a complete set of extracellular cellulase . The trends of activity variation of extracellular CMCase ( carboxymenthel cellulase), FPase ( filter paper cellulase) and HCase (hemicellulase) of P. cornucopiae and P. abalonus is similar. The activity peaks all appear in the period between primordial formation and fruit-body maturity. The trends of activity variations of extracellular laccase, peroxidase, amylase, pectase and fl-glucosidase of P. cornucopiae and P. abalonus are different. The activity peak of P. cornucopiae extracellular laccase and peroxidase appear in the period of mycelial growth, but the activity peak of P. abalonus extracellular amylase and pectase appear in the period between primordial formation and fruit-body maturity.
