摘要
针对目前粮食生产中存在的双季稻播种面积逐年减少、抛荒弃耕现象逐年增加、优质水稻生产相对滞后等问题,提出了恢复面积、提高单产、发展优质水稻生产的具体措施。
This paper presents some specific measures to recover cultivation land, raise per unit area yield and develop high quality rice against the year after year decrease in the growing area of double season rice, the year after year increase of land going out of cultivation and the backwardness of the production of high quality flee.
