在我国,硕士研究生教育是一个具有独立意义的教育层次,随着高等教育大众化的推进,硕士研究生教育越来越表现出去精英化的特征。为了适应这一变化,应从国家政策、目标定位、培养模式、教育内容和方法等方面对硕士研究生教育进行相应的变革,并正确借鉴国内外高等教育大众化发展中的经验和教训,始终把培养质量放在关注的焦点。

In order to adapt to this change, sary to reform in state policies, educational objectives, and teaching models, contents and methods. In mass higher it is necesaddition, it is supposed to adapt both national and foreign experience and lessons in the development of mass education in China with the quality of education boing the permanent stress. In China, education for master degree is a separate level. With the advance of mass higher education, it shows more and more characteristics that far from the Elite. In order to answer for this change, it is necessary to reform in country＇s policy, educational objective, teaching mode, contents and methods. In addition, we should use national and foreign experiences and lessons in development of the Mass for reference so that we can always pay attention to quality in education for master degree.
