不同浓度碘酸钾对仔2代大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度碘酸钾(KIO3)对仔2代Wistar大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞发育的形态学影响。方法:将断乳后一个月Wistar大鼠随机分为5组(NI、5HI、10HI、50HI、100HI),饮用不同浓度的KIO3碘水,取1d、20d、60d龄仔2代大鼠小脑,应用镀银染色法和形态计量术动态观察仔2代大鼠小脑的形态学发育情况。结果:在1d龄仔鼠,与NI组相比,各碘过量组仔鼠小脑Purkinje细胞树突覆盖面积、分枝密度、总长度、棘突密度均无明显变化(P>0.05),在20 d和60d龄仔鼠,各碘过量组与NI组相比均表现出一定程度的脑发育落后,其中以100HI组最为明显(P<0.05)。结论:碘过量会影响仔2代大鼠小脑的发育,且影响程度呈现明显的剂量—效应关系。其机理可能与碘过量所致甲状腺功能低下有关,但大鼠对碘过量有极强的耐受力,当碘摄入量为正常摄入量的50倍以内时,不会影响仔2代大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞的发育。 Objective:To study the morphological effects of different doses Potassium lodate (KIO3) excess on cerebellum Purkinje cells in the second filial generation of Wistar rats. Mothods: One-months of after-feeding rats were ramdonly divided into five groups (NI,5HI,10HI,50HI,100HI) and drank different lever of Potassium Iodate respectively.The second filial generations of 1-day, 20-day and 60-day were obtained to observe their cerebellum development by silver impregnaton and measured by image analysis. Results: In the second filial generations of 1-day, compared with the group NI, the cross section area, the exponent ,density and distributional types of spinal processes in cerebellum Purkinje cells have no remarkable changes among different groups (P〉0.05). there will be diffemt certain degree of backward on the development of cerebellum on the iodine excess group of 20-day and 60-day rats which is most obvious in the 100HI group.Conclusions:Iodine excess would affect the development of the cerebellum in the second filial generations with obvious dose-effect relationship, The mechanism of it may be related with hypothyroidism induced by iodine excess. However, Wistar rats have high endurance to the excess doses of iodine, so iodine taking within 50HI will not affect the development of the cerebellum of rats in the second filial generations.
