摘要 目的:探讨电化学发光免疫技术(ECLIA)检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg),乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)和乙肝e抗体(anti-HBe)的特异性。方法:ECLIA测定和酶免疫测定(EIA)检测乙肝标志物。结果:应用ECLIA方法检测HBsAg精密度,最大批内变异≤8.30%,最大日间变异≤15.33%,HBsAg灵敏度0.05ng/ml,HBeAg灵敏度0.03NCU/ml。HBsAg检测范围0.01~7000COI。结论:ECLIA检测HBsAg灵敏度高,重复性好,检测范围宽。检测HBeAg灵敏度可能更高。 Objective: To assess some specificities of HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBe by electrochemiluminescenceimmunoassay (ECLIA), Methods: Hepatitis B virus markers were detected by ECLIA on Roche Elecsys 2010 and HBsAg were detected by enzyme immune assay (EIA). Results: The intro-assay by ECLIA was ≤8.30% and ≤ 15.33% . The sensitivity of HBsAg by ECLIA was 0.05ng/ml, whereas the sensitivity of HBeAg by ECLIA was 0.03NCU/ml. And the line range of HBsAg was 0.01~7000 COI. Conclusion: The sensitivity and reproducibility of HBsAg by ECLIA is better than by EIA. The sensitivity of HBeAg is higher.
