摘要
目的:研究光叶珙桐Davidia involucrata var.vilmoriniana枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱,硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,使用波谱分析技术和理化常数对照等方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从光叶珙桐的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物,分别为没食子酸(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid 1),鞣花酸(ellagic acid2),顺丁烯二酸(maleic acid 3),槲皮素(quercetin 4),3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-槲皮素苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D—galactoside 5),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(6),短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(ethyl brevifolin carbosylate 7)。结论:化合物1—7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Davidia involucrata var. vilmoriniana. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silical gel and sephadex LH -20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physical constants. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from this plant and the structures of them were identified as 3, 4, 5-trihydrexybenzoic acid (1), eUagic acid (2), maleic acid (3), quercetin (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (5), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-tetrahydrexyurs-12-en-28-oic-acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (6), ethyl brevifolin carbosylate (7), re- spectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
