摘要
利用沉降试验测定了不同类型的高分子分散剂在水性介质中分散超细滑石粉的分散效果,并将分散稳定的超细滑石粉悬浮液加入到苯丙乳液中制成了水性涂料。结果表明:分散剂FSJ-502的分散效果最好;超细滑石粉加入后涂层的干性、回粘性、硬度和耐蚀性均有所提高。
The effect of various high molecular weight dispersants on dispersing of uhrafine talc in aqueous medium was tested by sedimentation experiment. The stable talc suspension was added into styrene-acrylate emulsion. The result indicated that the optimum dispersant was FSJ-502, moreover, after adding the talc into the paint, the dryness, aftertack, hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating are improved.
