摘要
论述了如何利用废聚苯乙烯泡沫通过改性、增塑合成铸造用的粘结剂的工艺过程。并通过试验验证了混合溶剂的配比,改性剂、增塑剂的用量等对粘结剂粘结性能的影响,确定出了最佳的试剂配比及合成工艺。
The process that how to make use of polystyrene foam makes the binder for casting through modifying and plasticizing was discussed. Then the effect of such factors as proportion of mixed solvent, addition amount of modifier and plasticizer on adhesive properties of the binder was validated by test, lastly the optimal ratio of reagents and synthesis technology were determined.
