气冷-水冷串联式大型甲醇合成反应器性能模拟 被引量:4

Simulation of a Combined Converter for Methanol Synthesis

摘要 应用CO、CO2加氢合成甲醇反应双速率动力学方程,以甲醇和CO2为关键组分,建立了气冷-水冷串联式大型甲醇合成反应器数学模型。气冷和水冷反应器均采用一维拟均相数学模型。对1.2×106t/a甲醇合成反应器进行了模拟计算,得到了水冷和气冷反应器催化床层中的温度及各组分浓度分布。并讨论了水冷式反应器入口温度、沸腾水温度以及操作压力对反应系统的影响。 Mathematic model of a combined converter was developed with hydrogenation of CO and CO2 as the independent reactions and methanol and CO2 as the key components. The gas-cooling and the water-cooling reactors are described with one dimensional psedo-homogeneous mathematic model. The axial profiles of temperature and concentration in the catalyst bed of the water-cooling and the gas-cooling reactors in a combined converter with the yield of 1.2×10^6 t/a are simulated. Effects of inlet gas temperature and the boiling water temperature of the water cooling reactor and the operating pressure on the methanol production are investigated.
