摘要
在阐述食品质量与安全专业的学科特点和人才培养目标的基础上,论述了构建食品质量与安全专业专业实践教学体系的指导思想和基本思路,并详细论述了其实践教学体系,即实践教学目标体系、实践教学内容体系、实践教学管理体系和实践教学条件体系.并介绍了实践教学中改进和效果.
On the basis of explaining the discipline characteristics of specialized food quality and safety and talent's training objectives, the guiding and basic thoughts on the structures of the food quality and safety practice were expounded; and it's practical teaching system was described in detail. At last, show the improvement and the results of practical teaching operational of food quality and safety.
