摘要
对氨基苯甲酸盐酸改性后采用熔融插层的方法,对蒙脱土进行有机化处理,然后使聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与蒙脱土(MMT)复合。实验结果表明,MMT的加入使PET材料的阻隔性得到了很大的提高,可取代价高、易碎的玻璃等传统材料。
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)was modified by hydrochloric acid and p-aminobenzoic acid. The modified PET was compounded with Montmorillonites ( MMT ) platelets by melting - intercalation. The results showed that the barrier property of PET/MMT composite is obviously improved. It can substitute for some high price and fragile traditional materials.
