摘要
目的:观察新冠心苏合滴丸Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、冠心苏合胶囊3药对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)所致大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用腹腔注射ISO方法复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观测心电图,检测心肌组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量以及血清谷草转氨酶(AST)含量。结果:新冠心苏合滴丸Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号均能明显提高心肌匀浆组织中NO、SOD活性,降低心肌MDA含量,降低血清AST含量,并改善心电图的异常,与心肌缺血模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:新冠心苏合滴丸Ⅰ号对抗ISO致大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用显著优于Ⅱ号和冠心苏合胶囊。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnanxinsuhe Drop Pill(XDP) Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Guanxinsuhe capsule on isoprenaline (ISO)-induced acute myocardium ischemia. Methods: Acute myocardium ischemia rat model was established by i. p of ISO. The level of NO, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in myocardial homogenate and the content of AST in serum were observed after ISO injection. Rat ECG was also recorded. Results: XDP Ⅰ and Ⅱ could significantly increase NO, SOD activity and decrease content of MDA, AST and improve the abnormity of ECG( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The result showed that compare with XDP Ⅱ and Guanxinsuhe capsule, XDP Ⅰ could prevent myocardial ischemia injure more effectively.
