A Study on the Operational Infrastructure and Mechanism of the Virtual Eco-industrial Chain

为了保护环境,实现经济的可持续发展,生态产业链得以广泛实施。而如何保证虚拟生态产业链的稳定运行,是亟待解决的问题。在分析虚拟生态产业链内涵和特点的基础上,提出构建虚拟生态产业链运行的基础平台和运行机制以保证虚拟生态产业链稳定运行,同时实现虚拟生态产业链的生态性和利益性相结合的要求。

The eco -industrial chain should be widely implemented in order to protect the environment and achieve the economic sustainable development. However, the problem of how to ensure the stable operation of the eco - industrial chain should be solved urgently. Aiming at the problem, the content and characters of the eco - industrial chain are analyzed in this paper. On this basis, the operational infrastructure and mechanism of the virtual eco - industrial chain are established in this paper to ensure the stability of the chain. So it can meet the request of the combination of interests and ecology of the virtual eco - industry chain.
