摘要
具有五轴联动功能的高档数控机床的设计和制造能力代表了现代装备制造业的技术水平,自主开发的五轴联动数控系统需要突破一系列的关键技术。在比较了2种不同的五轴参数插补方式的基础上,提出一种适合五轴联动加工的双非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)曲线数据格式,然后详细给出了保持恒定进给速度的插补算法和实现过程。
Design and manufacturing capability of five-axis Machine Tools shows the technology level of Modern Equipment Manufacturing. The independent development of five-axis CNC system lies on breakthrough in a series of key technologies. By comparing two different five-axis parameter interpolation methods, Bi-Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NURBS) data format is chosen for its advantage in five-axis machining, and then interpolation algorithm and carry out process with constant feedrate is described in detail.
